The exhibition area will be open throughout the conference, allowing participants to explore the displays at their leisure.  Additionally, there will be a special exhibition time on Tuesday afternoon from 15:45 until 17:30 during which we require exhibitioners to stand by their display and present information to or entertain questions from fellow participants.

 
There is no cost for displaying a poster, however larger exhibitions do have an associated cost. Please use the contact information below for further details. Conference participants must personally bring the poster with them to the conference. We unfortunately are unable to offer services to have posters shipped to us and transported to the conference facilities. 

 
Participants interested in exhibiting larger displays must  inquire with the contact info below and should do so as soon as possible.Due to limited space, permission to exhibit will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.  Please make sure to indicate on your registration form if you wish to exhibit a poster as well as the title and approximate size of the poster.
